Worst pharmacy ever. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. They never smile, rarely answer the phone without a 3-5 minute hold and you always have to wait to be helped. The ice breaker was them telling me I had 8 refills on my birth control and actually having 0 refills. Sending my business elsewhere!!
Friendly staff and if you forget your shopping card, ask to use theirs.So you can get the savings you deserve.
I switched from CVS to this pharmacy because CVS had screwed up my kids medication refill dates so bad that instead of me going to pick their meds up once a month I was having to go several times a week! Winn Dixie really helped me out It took some time but eventually they were able to get all the meds back on the same date. Tara is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She's very helpful, informative, always professional, polite, respectful and considerate. She even paid for one of my kids prescriptions out of her own pocket. The techs are all great, but I can't say the same about the pharmacists. Some of them are cool and some are rude as hell. I gave them 5 stars because of how they have treated me and helped me. I hope other people can have thevsame positive experience I've had with them.
